Virtual and in-person Hair and Scalp Analysis appointments are scheduled for 90 minutes.
For an in-person appointment, arrive with your hair in its natural state and avoid heavy products, heat styling, or fresh relaxers. For a virtual appointment, use a well-lit space with a reliable internet connection. Have a list of your current hair and scalp products available.
